Refusal to provide the promised design The supplier initially promised that the design was free if I placed an order. However, after the purchase, they refused to give me the design, even when I offered to pay for it separately. The products were completely unusable, did not match the sample, and caused significant additional expenses for me. If you order from this supplier, be aware that quality issues may occur, and extra costs will not be refunded. Not recommended!
